Last week was big for Adobe Xd. They introduced a bunch of new features and improvements including advance Text formatting, components, keyboard triggers and a couple more. One new tool that they added to the toolbar is the Polygon tool. This tool allows the designer to create triangles, octagon, hexagon; the possibilities are almost limitless. I started experimenting with the new tool and auto animate, and the results were nothing less than awesome. I’ve gone ahead and created a short video explaining how to create beautiful animations with the polygon tool.
There’s a very short learning curve to this tool, but once you get a hang of it, it’s smooth sailing from there. This tool has eliminated the need for a plugin to create complex shapes. I’m giving a link down below for the Xd file that I’ve used in this video so you can quickly get started with the Polygon Tool.
